Cancellation

• You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us from the Contact page with your order number.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.

Returns

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery — see Returns & Exchange.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes quality check.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.
